They're going with a very distinct visual style, which is risky but it could pay off big time. I don't know how the younger generation will feel about it, but for us old-timers it is bringing back good memories. Seeing Spritle and Chim Chim in the trunk is worth the price of admission alone.

I think they made the right choice by going with that style. It would be difficult to take the movie seriously if it were made in a more realistic fashion.

I don't know Mike, I think kids and teen boys would most definitely be attracted to the crazy special effects, but if you mean more of my generation, it might not go over as big. I did think it was awesome to Spritle and Chim Chim in there.
