I believe the Semi actually takes on the look that we're all familiar with from Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death, as in Hearts of Stone, the smaller chess piece logo is used along with the alternative gold trim that runs parallel to the base of the trailer.

If you look closely the semi in Hearts of Stone has a small chess piece logo in white on the right side of the trailer and a similar but bigger one to the left. The rest of the trailer is of course surrounded by the golden stripes we all recognize from all upcoming episodes after that.

In Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death that particular chess logo to the left has been repainted in gold to match the golden stripes around the trailer. I'm not sure about the logo to the right; though, as I didn't get a very good look at it but it seems they've circled around it (still in white).

The question is a bit vague and roughly I'd say Hearts of Stone as it went through a major transformation with the black paintjob to the trailer and indeed the chess logos. I didn't even pay attention to the size of the chess pieces so kudos to Matthew for recognizing the changes in Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death. Truth is I didn't even bother with the 14th episode as I immediately noticed the black trailer in the 13th. I mean who knows whether or not the trailer was even further modified in the upcoming seasons of TOS (both internally and externally)?

I mean, from a technical point of view, the answer could well be Goliath given that the interior was given a much more homely feel compared to the utilitarian design of the first season, so without a little more information, all three answers could technically be correct.

A little more information from weeezl would be just what we need to decide what answer is the better alternative. Like Matthew said, all three answers are correct depending on what you're looking for.

Knight Armen is right. You can see the semi's new paint job in the teaser for that episode. It was still white in The Final Verdict, you can see it briefly in the !st act of the episode.In subsequent episodes only the inside of the semi is shown.
