These models would be more suited for GTA 4 as they are pretty high in detail, KITT is about 21k in polygons and Goliath is about 23k. I did Level of Detail for each model so KITT in his simplest form is 6k and Goliath is 7k. I used bump and normal maps for details such as nuts and bolts and some of KITT's body lines and such use bump mapping as well. It also gives interior carpet a textured look. I used specular maps and reflection maps as well, stuff that GTA 4 will definitely be supporting. I'm going to be making the Flag Semi soon too based on the later seasons with the sleeper. I know one was made for GTA already but I like more detail.

It would work fine in GTA SA if you had a decent machine, i dont think we'll see GTA IV for awhile on PC. Besides GTA SA was perfect for Knight Rider being set in California & Nevada. Wouldnt hurt to try would it?

What is wrong with the wheels? I modeled the rims from actual 15 inch turbo casts so if you see something horridly off please let me know so I can correct it. Thanks for the comments! Some big stuff will be coming soon regarding the game, I've just been side tracked with other projects/events.

Great work!
One thing though I noticed, the top edge of the windshield goes a bit too high and the T-tops begin right from the windshield, there should be narrow area of solid metal between the T-tops and the windshield.
Perhaps the attached image from a red car shows better what I mean.

Thanks! So far I know the following....

1.) I might need to rework the tires
2.) The windshield/t-top is not proportion right
3.) The side molding on the door has a downward slope
4.) The placement of the fog lights needs to be more accurate

If anyone notices anything else please let me know! Thanks everyone!

If I were you and I had the diligence to go through with all this...I would end up completely remaking the T-Am. Sleeker, more long than tall, better rims (not that Kitt's were bad), a wicked-awesome air scoop, etc.

Plus, Kitt would speak German :D
