of course -_-; but i meant KITT beats all in a general respect: As in looks, the fact that KITT has a mind of his own, KITT is actually cool, its fast and does numerous other tricks that the general lee could obviously NEVER do, etc.

Nothing really. There is a montage of newspaper articles of Herbie's career in which there is one that says "Herbie Hangs Out with Knight Rider" and there is a picture of KITT next to him. It was actually a modified picture from Herbie Goes to Monte Carlo in which a picture of KITT is substituted for the Lancia.
