Amazing work msKen! I remember you posting about this game years ago, so glad that it hadn't fallen away.

What do you think about the end result for this game? Are you looking to sell it for PC and Xbox? Is there anything the community can do to help you move this along now? LIke maybe paypal donations or something in exchange to be beta testers?

Thanks Neil appreciate the compliments. Honestly this is just a home brew game and in a lot of cases it shows, and I really don't aim to take donations or anything like that. I may take donations for virtual billboards in the game to advertise, but that's later down the road. It will be free to the fans, and it is a stand alone game, no need to own GTA or any other game, just download and install. If people want to help though, and they have a decent PC or MAC I could use all the help testing I can get, that is when it gets to that point. I wont do any porting to xbox until its running good on PC/MAC's. To play it on xbox you will need an XNA Account, and I think that's a little pricey like 40 bucks for 3 months, but what you download you get to keep after the three months anyway.

I remember someone telling me that the game you had announced a few years ago had been abandoned. Maybe I imagined it, but either way, I'm thrilled to see it's still going. That city looks incredible. I like the late 70s T/A too, lol. That's great, good luck with all of that.
And I would be more than happy to test it anytime. My computer's slowly becoming a little long in the tooth but it is a gaming PC and still runs things pretty high.

Thanks guys! Scott you might be happy to know the KIFT and the 57 Chevy KITT will be unlockable cars in my game. I started work on KIFT but didn't get very far with it. Right now I figured I should keep my attention on the hero cars like KITT and Goliath. Speaking of 3D Goliath, let me get this topic back on track... here are some updates on Goliath...

Here is Goliath from a few months ago...


And here is from earlier today. Goliath's interior is almost done, he has a full dash, seats, and a steering wheel based on interior pictures I have found of a 1973 Peterbilt 352 Pacemaker. Here is a bit of trivia.... in Goliath Returns Goliath is a 1976 Kenworth K-100. Anyway I like originals better so I went with the Peterbilt from the season 2 premier. Anyway here is Goliath about 70% done...



You will notice a lot of new details if you look close enough.

Just a quick update to those who are following this thread.





Next time you see Goliath he will be in color and texture/normal mapped. I have some updates to KITT to post as well. I almost have his interior fixed and ready to texture as well.

Thanks for the comments guys, Goliath is taking a little more to skin then I thought he would. I'm not a very good texture artist, but still learning new things every day! Here he is at about 70% skinned on the exterior.

That looks awesome! Do you have any 3d pics of KITT or KARR? Or perhaps any season dashboard? A 3d functioning dash would be the coolest thing ever to share with fellow Knightfans!

Yup, I'm working on a 3D KITT/KARR as well, but he is taking forever to complete. Here is a preview of the inside...
