That's a real shame. I remember him most vividly as Peter Thornton from MacGyver as opposed to his role in Knight Rider. RIP.

That's a total bummer to me, since he was great as Thrnton on "MacGyver", and he was also a great bad guy on the episode of "Knight Rider" that was mentioned.
I hope he rests in peace......

Mr. Elcar was a good actor worth remembering as Pete Thornton, and he was great alongside Richard Dean Anderson, similar to what D. Hasselhoff had with Edward Mulhare. Interesting, huh?
I still hope he will rest in peace......
