Very good wallpaper Chris! I had a similar idea for the 10th Anniversary Desktop but never got to develop it further. It's nice to see that you did :-)

First WELCOME to the board! :)

Secondly, That is one AWESOME wallpaper! :) I wish they had a t-shirt of that. That'd RULE! :)

Thirdly, glad to see some of those from Germany in here (I'm 1/3 German, 3rd Generation born in USA). Of course, I enjoy talking with folks of all ages from all over the world here. :) That's the nice thing about this board, you'll meet people from just about everwhere!

OK, time to ask...what program did you use to create the wallpaper? And the really important question...

I already did it in all typical resolutions.... I'll put it on my website at the next update....

Right now I am learning 3d Studio- but it is "learning by doing" in fact :D

I started to learn it for my own KITT-Software, I am working on to make it more authentic (I want to insert KITTs typical "green-line"-animations to the software)....

My next Project is KITT itself- my first try was to create the frontnose- but that was not representable ;-)

(I hope, you understand my "german-school-english" - I also hope, I really wrote what I really want to say ;-) )

3D Studio

3D Studio is an awesome program. I used it doing 3D animation for Price Waterhouse for their Continuing Education video productions. Stick with it and you'll find shortcuts. Works great with importing Photoshop images and Illustrator images.
