Comedy Central is doing their first awards show, "The Commies". In their commercial, they advertise that they're not giving them out to just anyone. It ends with the voiceover "Sorry Mr. Hasselhoff, maybe next year."

That's exactly what I thought when I saw it, neps.
And yes, David looks pretty good there for his age. Aside from Knight Rider, I most recently saw him in Nick Fury: Agent of SHIELD.
