Wish there was someone who was checking for continuity in this show. Season 2 knightmares had Michael state Long's badge number was 8043 but in season 3 when Jimbo hands him his old police badge, it says 4262. It doesn't even have the A abbreviated for Arthur in the title or his signature.
I'm sure others have spotted continuity issues. Anyone want to list them?

Another easy continuity issue that could have been resolved was in knight of the juggernaut. After kitt gets trashed, the right front hubcap is missing after the commercial break but can clearly be seen before.

I was watching kitt vs karr and realized a few things that had a problem with continuity:
Bonnie says she doubled the power of the scanner and in Trust doesn't rust in season 1, Devon says that a shot through the scanner will take out all of karr's systems and turn him into an immobilized honk of metal. Karr took that show at the end of kitt vs karr and was still functional.
Karr was able to ram the 2 thick strong pillars holding up the bridge with the bank truck yet going through kitt destroyed him?
After the shot to karr's laser, Michael says Karr is vulnerable head on. If karr is still mobile and protected by the MBS enough to knock through the pillars, why would the laswer to his scanner make him vulnerable head on?

In Lost Knight, we never see a scene where Doug learns Kitt's name. Yet when the thiefs who stole the explosives find him, Doug yells "Kitt they're after me." before his chase scene.

At what point does Michael know the mobster name is Joey Rome to ask for him by name when sitting inside kitt to locate his hotel room. They never once exchanged names.
