Fake NBC scene online
News sure travels fast...
A couple of you have already messaged me regarding a script excerpt from the NBC TV Movie. It supposedly depicts the final scene with Michael Knight and has KITT turning into a form of submarine.
None of that happens.
We've been talking to the cast. Producers. Production staff. We know what happens (mostly). That scene isn't even close.
Consider it a cool piece of fan fiction.

I will second that. That ending is not the script I read. It's not even close, in content or writing style, to the script I read. It may to time to get NBC legal involved.

The new and again improved evil's advertisement is currently too long and too badass to display here. But let's just say that with now 50% more evil, this **** is great!

It worked in the 70's for James Bond's Lotus Esprit.

Welcome aboard the Knight 2000.
Thank you. What's all this, it looks like Darth Vader's bathroom?

Re: Fake NBC scene online
While K.I.T.T. was never technically a submarine, he did drive on water in "Return To Cadiz" and in Knight Rider 2000. Fortunately it was only that one time in the original series, and when he did it in KR2K, the rest of the movie was so lousy that it didn't really matter. Just goes to show that some features are better left to the imagination. I wouldn't want Knight Rider to be emulating the James Bond films or the Interceptor in the Spy Hunter games.
“Gimme maximum turbo thrust and blast me outta here, will ya!?”

I went over to Victor's site and read his new rant.
All I can say is, wow. Wow.
Sounds like the ravings of a paranoid meglamanaical lunatic.
But, maybe that's just me.

Maybe you need to read the post again because you're obviously not smart enough to understand it's meaning that things are not what they appear and nothing is as black and white as you believe Bo.

OK, we're taking a time out. I'm going to hit the "Pause" button and lock this thread temporarily. There are a lot of emotions running high and I think it's a good idea if everyone (perhaps me most of all) takes some time to step back and calm down. We'll resume discussions in a polite manner in the future.
Matthew: it is not your place to tell people to leave KRO. Please let the moderators here do their job.
Shapeshifter and stylez: Namecalling and insults are not helping.
Bo: I know what you're doing. It is inappropriate.
Victor: please give us some space for the moment.
Thank you all for your understanding.
