New Video Upload: Complete Gag/Blooper Reel #2
Here's the 2nd blooper reel, split into 2 parts. This reel re-uses the "Rocky" theme KITT crash sequence, so I edited it out to cut down on the download time...it would normally come after the "Auto Suck" scene. Speaking of, just a reminder....strong language and suggestive scenes

yeah, but I think what Joe is trying to do is stop the guys selling these making a profit. But I think they'll still get sold as people would like them for their own personal use. I.e watching it on your home DVD player

Gag Reels
I was wondering what KITT said to Michael when he said to him "F&*@ YOU KITT!" Now I know!! Funny!
One man CAN make a difference Michael.

I can't remember the ep name but the function was "Air vac", not "auto suck"ausknight2k wrote:From what I can remember, I think it was in an episode which had something to do with getting smoke out of KITT from a bomb or something like that?pheonix_knight wrote:whos idea within universal was it to mock up an 'auto suck' feature.....???? I think it was Knightlines where they found that strange device that the guy that died in the start of the show had planted, etc. KITT said it was a bomb to Bonnie in the Semi so Michael put it in his back trunk area and let it explode. KITT was filled with smoke but just sucked it right out. And I don't remember if they showed any buttons being activated, etc. though. That's the only time I remember a bomb going off INSIDE of KITT. Usually he would have them go off with him over it to cover the bomb so others won't get hurt.

I just bought the DVD with all of this stuff on it. It is really cool, there is more than what is on youtube. It was under $10 for the DVD and shipping. It is worth it, I play it quite often, I laugh every time, especially at Edward because he messes up his lines and tries to go on with it...hehe.

You can save the youtube videos - IF you have the right software. But the quality is still reduced, which is what will drive DVD sales.Skav wrote:Yes, I don't feel putting them on youtube will stop sales because you can't save the videos and make dvd's out of them on youtube so selling the reels on ebay still have a benefit.
Just my two, still great to see them again though.

Correct. Both KITT and KARR could remove or exchange the air inside the cabin at an intense rate. Kind of makes you think about how valuable that 'protection clause' is over keeping both living forms and Michael alive when such features exist at the touch of a button. I seem to recall that KITT used the air vac three or four times throughout the series. But, only once was it actually noted as a dash board button option. (In the above mentioned scene.) Auto Suck sounds exactly like it was whipped up for this rather adult joke. Despite the amount of PG-13 to 18 content in these outtakes, I really would have liked to have had them included in one of the DVD seasonal sets. A great view into the otherwise never seen.
Rather strange how, towards the end, it loses all focal point on the idea of bloopers/outtakes...unless they are seriously trying to point out what sounds like backfire.
