What happened to the pilot in Dead of Knight?

What happened to the pilot in Dead of Knight?

In "Dead of Knight" when the jet blows up you see the 4 passengers get away in time, what happened to the pilot did he make it?

You don't get to see him!

the same thing happened in the Knight of the Phoenix you see a pilot but you never see him exit the plane before it blows up.

Well they recycled the whole sequence from Knight of the Phoenix hence why you dont see the pilot exit the plane.

One can only assume he left in other means

It's just one of the many mistakes/continuity errors in "Knight Of the Phoenix" since "Dead Of Knight" reused the footage. (The female passenger even wore a blonde wig to keep continuity with the footage.)

Same as when Michael wore the same jacket/shirt and trousers in "A Good Knights Work" to keep in continuity of the footage they recycled from Season 1's "Chariot of Gold"
