I agree to an extent, we'll never get the rating that we the fans want to see to feel confortable with for the future of the show on wednesday nights when it's up against Dancing and Idol all year long. I agree with the consensus here, this was an awesome episode! Did anyone else notice that they had a version of the theme song playing when KITT was dropping off Maddie and the wounded officer to the hospital. I thought that was a real nice touch to TOS where they did that all the time.

From what we heard about Angela Bromstead not being a fan, i can't see her justifying the Superbowl price tag to promote the show. She's more likely to spend it on Heroe's, Chuck, The Office and 30 Rock if anything. Nonetheless i'd love to see one!

That part with the old music with KI3T switching to Attack mode was awesome! Add the4 Turbo Boost sound effect and your good to go! Just goes to shows you that some of the filmography of the new show works very well for Knight Rider, it's the music that we all remember that just brings it to life!

I saw it a little differently on zap2it. It said the CBS comedies were number 1, Bones #2 and KR #3. The one other thing i didn't understand is why the prison guards didn't start shooting at KITT? Or maybe they did and I missed it somehow but it would've been cool to see the bullet healing effect again. I don't think it's been used often enough.

Tonight was a great epsiode but there were a couple things I didn't like. I REALLY want to see KITT Turbo boost in Normal mode, and to me the CGI of the Boost didn't look all that good (maybe adding in the old sound effect might help it seem better). Tonight is the best chance we have to get an uptick in the ratings. No Dancing with the Stars and no American Idol and no Bones. Hopefully we can get some viewers back that we lost after Obama's hiatus cause next week we're getting crushed by Idol!
