Sorry guys, his website was VERY misleading, and i thought it was an actually filmed car. Even in the restoration section it sounded like that. Guess paying an extra thousand for a legal replica is better than paying a thousand less for an illegal restoration of a back-up car. Thanks for checking it...

Insurance is a good reason you'll have to get it insurance for a custom car as well as reregistering it ot be custom instead of show (show cars are not legal to drive)

No, the add-ons are perfectly legal, you can even go to mark's faq (general questions is the site) on his website. The dash, steering wheel, nose, and scanner (only in some states, if the light is not red or blue) is legal. So what else could it be besides the signals? Any guesses? -KnightRider2000

Another Great KR game is "Knight Rider Special". I beat it and it is great. It comes with a special emulator too.

I don't know why you can't drive it, it might have something to do with the turn signals (wich can be added on next to or replacing the fog lights on the ends) but it might also have something to do with universal, maybe someone else knows?

If you download KITT voices off the interent and then burn them on CD, you can put it in your car (providing you have a cd palyer installed) and make it look like kitt is acutalluy talking, and the voice display will move.

The only thing i don't like about his convertable when i went to the shop and saw it was the guady silver screws in the back. I don't know if they're painted over now, but it did sort of turn me off.
