well first . I hope u didnt run the setup.exe from the zip file it self because most likly it wont work.

first make sure u have winzip. if a winzip or extractor utility doesnt not open up when u run KR2demo.zip then that means u do not have such program or a exatracting program may not associate with the zip extention. u can get it hear http://www.winzip.com now just extract the kr2demo.zip to a folder...
