Re: Yet another arrogant Hoff interview
Then post the article in its entirety. Most of it was paraphrasing. I don't like my childhood hero being accused of being arrogant because of a news paper article -- how much can any tabloid article be trusted? Taking the "Michael" out of the Hoff has become a fashionable thing since he do...

Re: Awesome Custom Dvd Cover!!
Nice colouring, but all the words are difficult to read, and I would say "A young loner" would not fit this incarnation. Michael Knight was technically out there on his own with Kitt, making the tough calls. This version had for at least half the series, decisions and deductions being made...

Re: A Ray of Light Amongst the Darkness
But didn't the US ratings soar for the pilot and first couple of episodes? They dropped off like flies when they saw how inconsistent and mediocre the first few episodes were.
Don't get me wrong, I loved the show. I would love to see a 2nd season, but this is clasping at straws I feel. It's gone

Re: Yet another arrogant Hoff interview
Hey that's my childhood hero you are bagging there! All this from an alleged interview which isn't even quoted just paraphrased out of context by someone with an axe to grind. I dare say if the Hoff was an integral part of Knight Rider in the Devon role without the SSC "team", those first ...

Re: Entertainment Weekly predicts KR08 is canceled
It doesn't look good for Knight Rider on any level that I can see. I think we are all holding out hope, because there has been no official announcement. Yet, by all indications, there doesn't need to be. It all hinges on whether Knight Rider will be included in NBC's forthcoming line-up. The majorit...

Re: An Interesting Development
It's not unsual. And if true, I wouldn't, as you haven't, take it that it involves Knight Rider. It happens with writers and producers also. Ask Tim Minear (Angel, Firefly, Wonderfalls, Drive, Dollhouse). He has one such contract with Fox lasting so many years. Yet nearly ALL his shows get cancelled...

Re: Dollhouse possibly canceled
Dollhouse, like Knight Rider, hit its stride further on in the season, and both shows deserve a 2nd season based on the quality of their output. The latest is that Fox is a fan of the show and have told Whedon it isn't cancelled: http://www.fearnet.com/news/b15344_paley_fest_2009_whedons_dollhouse_g...

Re: What will happen in the season final?
1) Charles Graiman appears 2) Michael Knight Snr appears 3) Kitt drives off into a purple sunset and mountain scene matching that of the original and the original Knight Rider theme plays us off into the credits. 4) All the above happens 5) None of the above happens 6) I hate lists, and I truly have...

Thank you to everyone eagerly following my psychic experiences with Gary Scott Thompson. I'm afraid this seems like it was a one-time chance encounter. Gary Scott Thompson Came To Me In a Dream. I kid you NOT...
We all have weird dreams, but none so surreal as mine last night. Gary Scott Thompson, was anxiously awaiting news of Knight Rider's fate and was addressing a bunch of fans. So I thought I'd take this opportunity to ask him a question. I asked if they planned to bring back Charles Graiman. He said, ...

Best to keep an eye on this page:

The trades are usually first with such news. And they originally broke the Hasselhoff cameo in the TV Movie first, if I recall correctly.

Re: secret from epsidoe 17,will it happen now?
Do we know there is a secret for sure. Sounded like speculation from someone visiting the set. If there is a secret and it is in ep 13 and not 17, we can definitely be sure that it has nothing to do with either episode and is intended for a season 2 tease/lead in. I'd say odds are that Charles Graim...

Re: Live Discussion - Knight to King's Pawn
It sounds like most of the disappointment isn't over people not liking KARR, but just that we didn't get to see enough of him. I agree that I would have loved to see more, especially more of him in his mustang form. With the season cut short we don't get to have our second KARR episode, unless we d...

Re: Live Discussion - Knight to King's Pawn
Im SO disappointed I can't put it in words. Karr was barely in it at all. A 2 parter was needed. It doesn't rival any of the Karr episodes from TOS. The previous 2 eps were superior. Writers: if you are gonna use a villain as iconic as Karr, PLEASE at least USE HIM. a few mins at the end, is awful. ...

Re: is Charles Graiman really dead?? ummm, think bout this
If the show is cancelled it's a different matter. It won't really matter by then either way. However, it doesn't preclude the fact that he may return in a surpise scene prior to the finale. Worst case scenario is that they had him return in one of the future episodes they wrote; but did not shoot, A...

Re: is Charles Graiman really dead?? ummm, think bout this
I disagree. Creatively, by not stating either way, they always have a story that they can tell at a later date if they choose to or not. Even if it was written as definitely dead; the way it was shot always lends the possibility, storywise, that the character COULD return. Making a statement of fina...

Re: is Charles Graiman really dead?? ummm, think bout this
Maybe Graiman knows of some government conspiracy and its in his best interests to fake his death (something he may have planned all along, but opportunity suddenly arose). He could have bailed out the plane. Gone dark and started illiciting the help of a certain Michael Knight to do some undercover...

Re: Guessing at a spoiler for season's last episode
This thing could end up biting us all on the bum.... The definite return of Michael and/or Kitt hinted it in such an inevitable way... And NBC cancels the show. It's happened before. It will be the worst possible thing to hit Knight Rider again. It's the one thing that gets Knight Rider fans so exci...

Re: Live Discussion Thread - Knight of the Zodiac
My mini review: Not the best, not the worst. Different, and different can be good. I agree that maybe we have lowered our standards, that Kitt crashing through a wall is the high point, when watching the original I'd expect this for granted, and it wouldn't be the stand-out spectacular stunt of the ...

Re: Glen Larson Executive Producer???
Thanks. I thought that was a pretty good one. Will have to check out the flashbacks to see whether they would have improved the episode or not. Something was missing. I think it was Mike hitting the guy at the end, and Carrie saving the day took some of the thrill from the ending.

Re: News: Hasselhoff to return as series regular!?
You'd think someone in the media would have asked Hasselhoff by now. If this was Shatner, there would have been a YouTube video up within a day saying "JJ still hasn't asked me"
