Hey all! I believe that if you registered for your map update you will receive it. But, it's really hard to say because Mitac apparently won't be paying Navtones their royalties, so I wouldn't be surprised if they just say "screw it" to the map updates too. I have no idea if they'll even c...

Hey all, Kitt Rules here. With much sadness I regret to inform you that Mio USA, makers of the Knight Rider GPS by Mio, is no more. Our office was completely mismanaged by our headquarters in Taiwan and they decided that after our "failure", to let go of the majority of the staff. Three pe...

We unfortunately have had some issues with Mio More Desktop and Knight Rider GPS. I am unaware of any plans to provide a download to address the problem. For now I would recommend not using your Mio More Desktop in conjunction with the Knight Rider GPS product.

Hey all, Kitt Rules from Mio here... DO NOT update your device when you install the MioMore desktop application on your PC. Unfortunately several batches of the product went out with a buggy version of the MioMore desktop, so it's going to "suggest" you look for updates. You do not need an...

Hey there! You've got a charge of 2-3 hours, so if you forgot your car charger you've got some battery to get your from here to there. The grayed out traffic button is a feature of our software. Currently traffic is not supported in the device, but it could be later on down the line with a future up...

Oh good, glad you were able to fix it. :D The delay is the device searching for a satellite connection. Once you get a lock you'll notice an performance increase. It's just the CPU cycling until it finds something, unfortunately you just can't turn that off... As for the country code thing, right no...

Ughh.... stupid desktop software. I was hoping they would have fixed that but obviously they have not. You're going to have to contact support on this one. IF support is not helpful, please contact Neil and he will contact me.
I'm really sorry....
