If they did bring back KARR, I would hope that they would bring back the original KARR (whether as a TransAm or not is immaterial)...it would be a lot more creepy to know he had all that experience and wisdom, and maybe 30 years of rage at being bodyless? That alone would make him a dangerous villai...

I don't think Ford would go for this though, since I doubt they would let the production team remove the logos from the car.

I'm not surprised it is stock or that they made few modifications to the outside. 1) It's makes the show a more effective Ford commercial, since anyone can buy the car, and 2) it's cheaper than doing something custom.

I think the point of having the familiar parts in the garage was to show that the original KITT was there, disassembled. Disappointing, but I think we can take the scene at face value.

I don't mind it being a Mustang. I only wish they would take off the silly double spoiler and black out the headlights.
