Ok it seems that the country that is blocked by NBC is the United States weirdly, I think they made a mistake with that. Anyway, those in the US can watch it on their website. Try it anyway.

So NBC have put a copyright embargo on this, meaning only American IP addresses can view the videos. It's not illegal, they even have the entire show on their website, so its legit. I don't think you can really compare between the two. The only similarity is the AI in the vehicles, and even then, KITT has a very different and unique persona to the Transformers. He is completely different.
