Hey guys, I wanted to post this last night but didn't get the chance. I've been so busy wrapping presents, that I just got finished at 4am. Whew.
Anyway here is the other version of the poem I promised you. I'll put it on a webpage once the holidays are over, just been too busy to sit!

Twas the Night ( Nice Version )
'Twas the night before Christmas
and all through my place
My children were sleeping
a wonderous smile on each face.
I had just settled down, with my Knight Rider book
when a screech of tires had me jumping up for a look.
I ran out through the door and into the yard,
there in my driveway was a wonderous black car.
The bright red scanner had me mesmerized,
I gave a small gasp, it was KITT before my own eyes!
The door swung open and who should appear?
It was Michael Knight in black leather driving gear.
He reached past the seats and removed a bag so big,
then entered my house like he was running this gig.
He placed gifts by each kid and some under the tree,
then took out one more and handed it to me.
"This one's for you," he said with a grin,
then lifted my face, one strong hand under my chin.
His lips brushed mine in a kiss so warm,
Then he was out the door at the honk of KITT's horn.
"Move it, Michael," KITT said in his Boston tone,
"If you don't hurry, we'll never make it home."
With his usual skill, he opened the door,
Michael jumped in and put the pedal to the floor.
I heard him exclaim as he drove out of sight,
"One man can make a difference, Merry Christmas and Good Night!"
