Help needed from somebody good with computers

Post by Michael Archangel » Tue May 31, 2005 4:03 pm

Hi there,

I managed to get the link from http://www.universal-playback.com/Zones ... /main.html to download the video: http://www.great-tv-shows.com/media/kni ... t_700k.mov

But I can't manage to get the one from http://www.universal-playback.com/Zones/ATeam/main.html at all. :!:

I would REALLY appreciate if anyone could help me with this - it's driving me crazy! I know it's more important to have the "Knight Rider" one but I'm a fan of "The A-Team" too... :D

Try opening your program that you use to view video, such as windows media player, then on file click Open URL, when it is opened you should be able to save it onto your computer

I think he meant he wanted the file to play whenever we wants without going online....

Maybe they did that way not to allow users to get it and to visit the site whenever you wanna see it....

But there's a way:

Since every pic/movie you see on your browser is downloaded firsly to your PC (automatically, so you're able to see them), those files are stored in a folder called "Temporary Internet Files" in the Windows directory (this for Windows 9x) until they are removed.

So, go that folder and copy the file called "ateam(....).swf" to your PC (for instance the C:\ directory). Then, download a SWF Player like SWF Player 2.2 and go through the directory where you have pasted the file and play it.
That's it.... :D

no, what I meant is when you have opened in in media player, then you can save it onto your hard disk
