I was browsing around the web, and saw that Jan 24th 2005 there is a daytime rotation of Knight Rider starting 8:00a.m. on the SCIFI Channel.

I read it on the BB there, so I don't know if its true, but I sure hope so.

Just wanted to let everyone know, just in case it is true.

Alright! 8) Something to look forward to in the bleak, bleak, month that is January.

If only I could figure out how to program my stupid VCR. I guess this gives me time to practice, lol. (I had our old one figured out, no problem....this one is just plain evil.)

I wonder what episode it will be?

Granted, I'll be at work for the entire slot, but boy howdy when I come home I'll rewind the old VHS and bask in KR bliss.

My sister will be *thrilled*.

Damn, I can't afford cable TV and wish I could see KITT vs. KARR again. Hey, what season is that from? Maybe it'll be on the next DVD set coming out in May? That'd rock. :)

KITTvsKARR is from season three so you'll have a bit of a wait on your hands i'm afraid. however, season two DOES have the amazing Goliath, THREE movies (although G Returns is there too :S ) and some great episodes that delve deeper into the back story of the characters.

Season three? Darn. :( That's a very long wait. But yeah, I'll be looking forward to the next DVD set for sure. :) I still watch the Season 1 DVDs from time to time. I love them! :)

I wish that they would go back to a set schedule. Like KR on such day and such time once a week, at the bare min, Wouldn't that be nice?

I wish it was on broadcast TV again. Now THAT would be nice!

That's what I ment. My daughter and I loved watching it together. * * and tormenting my husband who doesn't like the show at all.

My mom rarely watched TV, and not even Knight Rider. My dad and I watched it all the time. My mom would come out ever so often when there was an interesting scene though (as she did with other shows). I think her eyes bothered her tough so it was hard for her to really watch too much TV, I guess. Anyway, Knight Rider was something I really looked forward to every week. One of those shows you just did NOT miss. :)

The VCR will be smokin'! :)

Actually, it is better to be at work all day....then one is able to fast forward through the commercials...and on Sci-Fi their rather odd commercial segways. (Do those bother anyone else, or am I just overly sensitive? lol.)

is that the sci fi channel on british sky aswell? :-S do we british have the same sci fi channel as the US?

it's run by the same holding company, but in britain only bravo have the rights to knight rider. from what i read a few years back five had the rights to "uncut" episodes, after the recent screening of mouth of the snake i think bravo have the rights to a trimmed (for vilence etc., not the butchered syndicated version the US is getting at the mo) version but have trimmed some themselves. five's licence ran out about two years ago though. remember a few christmas' ago we were treated to all the original series' movies every sunday evening? that was cool, and i remember reading in cult times that knight of the pheonix was five's third highest rated programme that entire chrimbo season!!! with 1.5 million! :D :D :D
