In the editor hit the image button and put the picture address and it should appear.

My wife and I tried and tried we still can't figure out how to make them appear. Can I email them to one of you and let you post them for me?

It works for me as you can see, maybe you didn't upload your pictures into a site that hosts images!
I recomment this one https://imgur.com/ to keep your images forever online without a risk of them disapear.
