I think the 'Turbo Boost' is actually the speeding up of the scanner light when the car is moving. My handset stick has the sticking point, but I see no difference in speed.
I'm still looking for a KITT licence plate; perhaps someone has repros of the sticker from the Kenner KITT? Either that or a good screengrab which could be printed, cut, and stuck on.
