So, aussieknight, are you saying that you need an e-mail address that you can access from a public terminal? One that can handle these gif files, run them and store them remotely?

If so, give http://www.mail15.com a try. They are willing to give their clients A LOT, while asking for literally nothing in return. (So, they want to know what ___@mail15.com nick you want to use. Big deal.) Seriously. I don't know why this service even exists. But, they give 20 megs of space without pop-up's or other types of advertising that I've seen.
