You're right. There is definitely a lot more going on with social media (follow us on twitter @kronline or like us on facebook!) but you can't beat a good old-fashioned message board for actually getting into true conversations/discussion about something. Twitter is great for all the quick updates but I for one will try to be better at posting the more important/interesting topics here as well.

This is a good point, Mike. Perhaps, you or Matthew should get permission from Neil to have more access to the web site to keep other portions of the site up to date with such news and events happening in the KR universe. Doing this on the board is one thing. But, other portions of the site are seemingly somewhat stagnate.

Re: Is this site still being updated
I'm one who still prefer this kind of messageboards instead of facebook or twitter. I do have a fb account but I just haven't gotten into using it daily (and yes I have liked KRO at FB ). It's much easier to check these forums every day than log in to fb & try to find news from all that mess.
Re: Is this site still being updated
Maybe is it just me, but in the Home/Front page of the website, I don't see any updates anymore in the :
LATEST IN OUR USER FORUM section
But when looking directly into the forum, I see many updates i didn't see...
I am using IE11 and IE on Windows Phone, both don't update.

Re: Is this site still being updated
This site does use some 'advanced coding' that was produced on a Mac. Results may vary between browsers.
Then again, the CGI-Bin on the server side is occasionally updated, leaving outdated code in some programs to run amok.

Ok, it worked till 29th november, that was the latest update which worked on Home/Front page...
I still see this latest entry...
So on IE11 and Windows Phone browser it's not working for a long time now...

So many options/versions out there in the wild. Such a nightmare headache to web designers, it is.
The safest way is to just code in all HTML 1.1 and be done with it. No fancy text or pictures. No flash or anything but raw ASCII.
