knight rider theme and system of a down

Post by KITT » Thu Jan 23, 2003 9:50 pm

okay, i downloaded that song from system of a down that has the knight rider theme. if anyone wants to download it instead of hearing my crappy wav files, the song is called ieaiaio, and the knight rider piece is about 2 mins in.

after the little knight rider instrumental, a bass or guitar continues in the background.. it's hard to describe. that little fast part that's in the background of the main theme. you can't really hear it in this file, cause it was coming through the other speaker.

the other file i have listed is me having fun with the speed controls. so if you want to hear the same thing, but with system of a down on crack and helium, that is the one for you.

enjoy yourselves.

Hmm, sounds interesting, I must go out and buy this particular CD... From what I could hear, I like the way they played the KR theme, and in fact, the instrumental was quite similar to what I was imagining as the theme for the new movie.

Read her text carefully, she says the title right there. It's "ieaiaio" and a quick amazon search determined that it is off their "Steal this Album" Album.

I figured "ieaiaio" had to be a typo!

Its not really ieaiaio, it comes out like this I-E-A-I-A-I-O

The Knight Rider bit in the song isnt very long, and they play the tune a bit wrong, hit a low note when it should go high, or something, dont know how to play a guitar. But cool that they put it in anyway

In accordance to the orignal theme, it is wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's how they wanted it to sound and it sounds awesome!!! I crank up my stereo really loud when that part comes...eeerrr louder than the rest of the song anyways :)

not surprising with system of a down lyrics/titles. :P and the chorus is them singing that title, actually.

I know Busta Rymes "Fire it up has it".. I know Tumberland and Magoo's "Clock Strikes", Punjabi's "Mundian To Bach Ke", and Paul Oakenfold has a techno song out there.. the one I have that I downloaded is "Dance, Freestyle, House, Euro, Trance, Techno - Paul Oakenfold - Knight Rider (Techno Remix)" Those ar the ones I can think of off the top of my head...but I now there are others such as the one from TV Junkeez.
