Mcpherson from the Nats

Post by TurbomanKnight » Sat Aug 28, 2004 10:25 pm

I was wondering if anybody has any detailed and sharp photos of Patricia Mcpherson from the Knight Nationals?

Well a lot of us have photos, it's just going to take a bit for people to get home and upload them all up. I'm still at the motel myself.

I just have to say that she is incredible. Very passionate, extremely intelligent, very genuine and very beautiful. It's almost as if she hasn't aged. She was there for 6 hours and she made sure to speak to every one. It was amazing.

I'll post a more detailed review when I get back, but I must thank the Knight Registries guys for putting this all together. It was great to put faces to alot of peoples names! Don Peake, Pamela Shoop, Patricia McPherson, all very great people. ALOT of people taking photos, alot of videos being shot, lots of posts I'm sure soon to come.

Here is a quick video cap to hold you over:

Oh, and Patricia wanted to drive KITT away, so she did.

She definitely still looks gorgeous by my standards...You are one lucky guy, Neps. I will definitely look forward to the other pictures that you will post.

Patty looks like she hasn't aged. She still looks like the Bonnie that we all remember! Father Time has been kind to her. Another girl who has remained young looking after so many years is Heather Locklear (from the 80's TV show TJ Hooker)...She still looks fabulous as of today! There could be other women out there who are still young looking even if they are in their late 40's and 50's but Patty and Heather are at the top of my list as being the most beautiful.

Ditto pretty much everything Neil said. She was an engaging speaker and had some cute stories about working on the set. She also talked a lot about her Bellona Wetlands cause which was interesting. But yeah, if I saw her on the street and had no idea how old she was, I'd guess 35-40. She really looks very much like she did on the show.

it was an awesome weekend! 20 cars counted on saturday. we showed up late friday cause we didnt know the hotel WAS the nats. but thats ok cause we got to see some beautiful cars over at the airport.

i am SO jealous...i want KITT so badly. : ( i envy every one of you that has one or has even been able to affort to START one. someday.

patricia was awesome. she seemed kinda bitter for being left out of the movie that was made and interested in being in a future one. lets get that letter writing campaign started! still looks beautiful. cant believe that its been 22 years! doesnt look it at all. patricia mentioned a previous letter
campaign that "worked"...what was she referring to? i wondered if it was when they replaced her on the show but wasnt sure...

my girlfriend took 3 rolls of pictures (shes a sweet photographer) and she works at Motophoto so she'll be putting them ALL on a CD tomorrow when she works and i'll put them ALL in my Picture Trail account for you tomorrow night. i also got about 35 minutes worth of video of the cars and patricia. though we showed up late saturday because of work.

all in all a wonderful time. thank you so much to those that organized it. i havent seen a KITT since i was about 9 or 10 i think...it was amazing : ) to any who were there, i was the one with the red '91 that left the scanner on all night. thanks to those who tried to find me to shut it off. i leave it on ALL the time and i've never had a problem with my car starting.

(p.s.-found out friday morning that my girlfriend is pregnant! so exciting!)

Patricia doesn't look 50! She does look quite young. I have been told I look to be in my early to mid 20s and I'm a couple years away from 40 myself. :) Must be the something in the water.

Your battery must have high cranking amps. What brand of scanner do you have. And also do you have anymore pictures of your car. I know you posted some a few months ago. I just want to see hoe far you proggressed on your work on the car. And also congrats on the baby! :D

I don't have an exact number but I'm guessing 30-40 people. The room we were in was completely packed.

I've posted a couple of videos of Patricia in this thread:

http://bb.knightrideronline.com/viewtop ... 8&start=25

knightman- I had a friend who came to New Jersey from Australia for a Kevin Smith Con and it cost him about $4k AUS if I remember correctly, so I think it would sadly be something around those lines.

I have 3+ hours of footage, so I'm not sure I would have the energy to encode it all. However, I know the Nationals people are collecting the video to make a compilation of sorts, so perhaps that will be an option.

As you can see in the video of her arriving, she does comment on the replicas. She's a bit blown away by them. I don't think she's been in a KITT style car for 20 years, although she did mention that her brother has a 3rd Gen Firebird.

She also said that she hasn't spoken to David in awhile, but mentioned that her Husband had run into him pretty recently.

And I must pause to mention her organization, Grassroots Collation. She's been nobly dedicating her life to saving wetlands in Ballona. http://www.grassrootscoalition.org for more information.
