Im selling kitt cause i got drive him he stands out to much in my area and im tired of the *?$# from people and the police pulling me over just to see the car. Ive put 3000 miles on him in the 4 yrs i have him, I want it gone so that so one who can use him can have him. The fun of building ended yrs ago, and i wanted to sell him last yr but what kept me going was krf. I not going to keep him just for that and pay $$$$ to ship him to vegas again.

Re: my 91 3/4th season replica for sale
I can understand the stress of having a conversion, every now and then I just pull the dash and go back to trans am stock so I can enjoy the car the way it was intended to be enjoyed as a car first!....I've seen some guys just do minor swaps like the rims and interior and just drive around before swapping back to the KR world.
today was the first day that I went out on long ride and kitt turned some heads and some people almost had there own head-on collisions!.....I think the longest stretch I went with a stock dash was 17 months!...I was in no rush to go out to any car shows and the car still needed some tweaking on the parts while they were out of the car and I was able to fix other problems and most of all ,just enjoy it as a trans am!.....if i ever get sick of KR I can always pull a Joe Huth and reconvert to 82' trans am black and gold stock!

Well, if you are going to pull a "Joe Huth", then 6 months after you convert your car back, you will have purchased another 82 T/A for a full blown conversion.

Re: my 91 3/4th season replica for sale
Hi, would it be possible if you could post just a pic or two of the dash? I'm extremely curious to see a finished product of the Louisell 3-4th season dashboard, as their website does not have a final installed dash pic(s) available. I ask because if I do a conversion, I'm interested in doing a season 4 KITT. If you can't, thanks anyway
