About Knight Rider Season One DVD

Knight Rider Season One popped up on Amazon.com as pre-order recently and I was wondering could it mean NBC is testing waters via pre-order figures before giving its verdict on KR08's future? I mean if it is so, I will pre-order mine today. Otherwise I'd wait for an actual release date first.
(side note; I don't even have R1 DVD player, but I guess I have to buy one now)

You might as well just preorder it. It couldn't hurt, and Amazon doesn't charge you till it ships and you could cancel at any time.

Region-free DVD players are readily available in your country and should cost no more than your average DVD player though you need a TV that is NTSC compliant. If you have an HDTV set with HDMI, it should work fine.
