Australian Season 2 DVD finally released !!!

Post by andrewd » Mon Oct 24, 2005 8:49 am

Hi Guys,
Just to let you know that I bought the Season 2 DVD set today. (About Bloody time they released the Oz version, considering the US version was released approx 6 months ago.)

Think it has only just been released. It is 6 single sided discs, which I much prefer to the Us version of double sided discs, (sadly no extras !!).

I shopped around. The price seemed to vary quite a bit. The most I saw if for was $64.95 AUD, however I managed to find it at Kmart for $49.95.

Can't wait for the season 3 and 4 release. It will be AWESOME to have all the episodes at our fingertips.

Andrew Devas.

I brought mine a week ago, But I have a problem with mine, On disk 4 (I think), It only has the episode selection icon and nothing else, It's quite annoying.

woot! Nice work Andrew.. That's pretty cheap for a newly released boxed set.. Do you have the boxed set for the first season also? I remember that there was some talk that the episodes were out of order of something, can any aussie people confirm this?

Cheers
Adam

Yes Adam, I do own the Oz version of series 1 and yes you are right the episodes are out of order. It is on 8 (I think) single sided discs.

Yes I have noticed that as well and its quite annoying. Not as annoying as the fact they had the Pilot episode on Disc 7 in the Season 1 boxset. That made me rather mad. How could they be so foolish to let that happen.
