A good example of this is in A Good Knight's Work. KITT is forced to power himself down, but then has to be reactivated by some key thing that Michael was wearing around his neck.

I had no idea Universal was getting rid of the BTTF ride until I read this thread. I rode it years ago and it was my favorite ride there and it's a shame they're removing it for the Simpsons, which sounds pretty lame to me. Who's Line is one of my favorite shows. I remeber watching that episode with DH. I'm surprised no one posted it sooner. Probably one of the funnier moments from that show.
