It's great that you have listened again and made changes, but it leaves me in two minds now about buying KITT, knowing that there are corrected versions on the way.

Will the Super Elite and Heritage KITTs be based on the corrected mould, or are these changes exclusive to KARR?

Thank you for the high-res photos. You can see some very nice detailing in them - they fixed the wiper blades from the prototype, there's mesh in the vents behind the front wheels, indicator repeaters are plastic parts and not just tampo prints, mats in the foot wells etc. It looks like a superb mod...

Thanks for posting the pics - is there any way to view them at a larger size? 1:18 looks very good overall, just the wheels that are a little odd. The 1:43 seems to be mis-shapen though, and a red decal for the scanner is a little disappointing compared to the Aoshima 1:43s. I guess everyone though ...

I use an AutoArt display case.

Paint the rims with Artists Gouache - it's thick water colour paint. If you get abit messy, you just leave it to dry and then wipe it away with a damp Q-tip or tissue. Should you ever want to reverse it, you *should* be able to, as it's water based. Might just have to be VERY patient in doing so tho...

I've only modified the rims on mine - I'm happy with the rest as it is. The new scanner does look good, but I'm not paying more on the light than I did for the model! I generally tend to use the preview button, and it's been pressed at least once almost every day since I got the car on December 5th. Still on the first set of batteries.

I've just cleaned my KITT and put him away - picked up an AUTOart display case yesterday at ModelZone Bluewater for £8 in their sale, so he's clean and protected from dust now.

When I get my roadcars I look for all sorts of faults - scratches, decals applied straight, wing mirrors straight, lights pushed in correctly etc. This car is no different - you can't get every example 100% correct. The grappling hook I'd say is flawed, but the other faults aren't uncommon. And in E...

The pedals should just clip into place - there's a hole in the footwell for them.

Watercolours work fine on my model aircraft - I use them for weathering.
