Re: Who would you cast for the role of devon miles

Would love Alan Rickman to do it but they'd never talk him in to it. Hugh Laurie as well, but need someone more imposing... They really don't make the distinguished gentlemanly types like they used to... sad really...

I love you guys!

Back here after a long, long, long, looooong absence (and sneaking on to the forum at work, probably shouldn't be doing that). Haven't been in since '03, I am soooo happy this forum is still going stronger than ever! Recently re-watched all my DVD's - I'd forgotten how much I missed it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

I had never seen any of these episodes before, ever, and I love it. The writing is so much better and the whole look and ...

I've heard too many promises of a movie to be excited any more. Anyway, the more I think about it, the less I like the idea. There's too much store these days put into retaliating against the original prototype. Wait for it, the mentor Devon-figure will turn out to be the villain (in a manner akin t...

Low Point - Mouth of The Snake. It HAD to be a failed pilot, nothing else would explain it.

A Good Knight's Work or Merchants of Death, can't decide which, one has a bear, the other lots of Devon... Fluffy bear or Devon Miles...

The turbo boost from the mulitstorey carpark into the appartment takes some beating though... That sequence is just soooo smoooth!

I'll lay odds they can install a two-way mike in KITT to allow the actor playing him to speak KITT's lines. I mean, if a show as basic as Blake's 7 all those years ago could have Orak communicating directly with the crew with Peter Tuddenham stuck upstairs in a sound booth, I don't see why they can'...

Me too. I think you're gonna lose a generation of KR fans over here. No terrestrial tv channel have shown it since Channel 5 about three years ago, and then C5 showed HALF HOUR EPISODES with a five minute break and three minute post-break recaps. It was dreadful. They stopped showing it cos ratings ...

Whoever it is has to be called Knight. You can't call it Knight Rider if the Knight ain't riding the dark steed.

I can't see Michael in the Devon role. It would be touching, but as Executive Director he would have to sit on the board, and I just think Michael and Bureacracy wouldn't work, it goes against everything Michael was - an unofficial lone ranger, a maverik, it just isn't in him to handle a briefcase. ...
