You're right Laura, and I briefly touched upon this point over on your forum. Any death of a heroic character is sad, in any show. As Laura pointed out though, he was just bopped over the head and given a lethal injection. No fight or attempt at defending himself. My least favourite deaths in movies...

I don't think anybody who grew up in the 80's thinks that KR was a badly produced show. Now that we are older, and with those who didn't grow up exactly in the 80's, they see it as that, but for the time, it was pretty in tune with the times. It was well produced for the time. Anybody who compares ...

I've only ever used E-Bay once and the guy who sold me a video was very helpful indeed. But there are a lot of cowboys on the site. Us knowledgeable KR fans can spot a phony very easily. But casual KR fans won't and it's them I feel sorry for. Of course, E-Bay is hard to police (like any worldwide s...

I guess if we be pedantic about it, then Michael wasn't one man making a difference. As others have pointed out, there was Devon and Bonnie so from that point of view, they too were contributing to their cause (in much the same way that the mechanics who fix police cars have an integral role in any ...

Some good choices there folks. Now here's mine... Don't laugh... As for the character, I'd have called her Sarah Knight...

Yes, an actress from the 80's or late 70's. Those are your choices, mate. And pick an actress that is either in her mid to late 20's or early 30's.

"One woman can make a difference."

Hi folks, Here's a fun question I want to ask. Let's imagine that when KR was being developed, Glen decided that it should be a woman behind the wheel. Which actress, famous or unknown, would you have picked to play the part of K.I.T.T.'s driver? And what would the character name have been? Michelle...

With few exceptions, the first season of ANY show is always the best one and in my opinion, that is how it was with KR. I loved most of the episodes and the season openers were always fantastic but season 1 will forever hold a place in my heart.

'Good Day At White Rock'

Hi folks, Okay, what are your thoughts/observations on this episode? I liked it very much. Knight Rider-like a lot of shows-did a good job of balancing out the international/national intrigue stories with stories such as these involving small communities. I enjoyed the stories where Michael and K.I....

I didn't like SPM mostly because those pop-outs ruined beautiful lines of the Trans-Am body. And the rocket looking tail especially was ugly in my opinion. Hi folks, I've only been with this forum a short time and don't know everyone's likes/dislikes but I do know that many people I've spoken to hate Super Pursuit Mode and some feel it damaged KR's credibility. I actually wrote a fan fiction piece about 4 years ago where KR raced Stret Hawk in a race for charity. An international crook played K.I.T.T. against Street Hawk. Mind you, it was a dire piece of fan fiction. I threw it in the bin.

Oh, and I hear that Knight Rider 2010 will be showing on one of the movies soon. I saw this movie before I got hooked up to the net so was unaware of it's premise. Be warned, apart from the title, it has NOTHING to do with the original Knight Rider whatsoever. I sat down to watch it a few years ago....
